I recommend the book "Attensity!"
Reading this changed my perspective on the implicit value of my attention towards others and myself. Might not agree with everything it says but it pushed me to change my life meaningfully and I can't say that for many books.
The three stigmata of palmer eldritch
Legitimately my favourite Phillip K. Dick novel by far. Fascinating story with a lot of reality-perception interplay, could not recommend it more for anyone whose into scify.
Cult of the Lamb
I'm usually not into rogue-likes but this was the perfect combination of cozy and eldritch. Permanent base-building with rogue-like runs for resources, this game had me seriously addicted when it came out and I still rock to its soundtrack on a daily basis!
His majesty the worm
Honestly, this ttrpg has one of the best ways to deal with random encounters. Instead of dice rolls and number checks etc, you get to use a tarot deck and the DM literally divinates it for you!
