It’s Meltdown Bro

what a great song! i don’t think many people on this app enjoy vocaloid or japanese music in general (not totally sure?) but you should give it a try… once i heard this song i never forgot it. it is too simple to misconstrue but also too impactful to forget… you dont even have to watch the mv (but you should cause the art means the world to me and makes it like ten times better) but youd be incredibly surprised what one guy can do with a piano and synthesizer and nuclear reactor metaphor and singing synthesizer!

It’s really just five seconds but I can understand it. It’s so low quality that it feels like a memory in the way that your brain can fill in the gaps of what you choose to remember? And it looks like there’s nothing outside of the city too like just outside the skyscraper there’s nothing but open sky, and alongside that you can hear a baby saying something or other, maybe it’s the baby’s first time coming to the city. Everything is a bit out of focus and confusing and new. It all feels new and imposing and full of some sort of potential. You don’t get that sort of feeling often

The Shoes

Hey man don’t judge me if you haven’t walked a mile in my shoes. Don’t judge me if you haven’t walked a mile in my three and a half in tall platform sneakers with detachable pearl strings and ribbon laces with little metal parts at the end. When I say that these shoes increased my worth as a person I do fully mean that. Like for starters I become a respectable 5’5” when I wear them, much less likely to be picked up by an eagle or crushed by a falling bookshelf than a puny idiot small stupid 5’1” creature, and second of all they look really really really cool. Everyone always asks me how i am able to stand in them bro you practice. Also when i fall in them i do it really sneaky like and get up like i meant to do it yknow impromptu ballet splits and all that. Also sorry they’re so expensive now i bought them like a year ago when they were only 70 dollars pleaseee bro llease
