Gray Kunz Sauce Spoons

I can't tell you exactly why this spoon is so amazing, but it is. I dig through all the other pretty equally sized spoons in my drawer to find this one and when both of the ones I have are in the dishwasher, I sadly use other spoons, all of which are inferior. There's something about the weight, the shape of the handle, how it feels in your hand and the shape and depth of the spoon. Chef's kiss!

This class! Sarah and Laurel have designed an amazing program to get not-so-young women lifting heavy things! I took this class 2 years ago and am still lifting at least twice a week and feel so much better than before I started - my chronic back pain is better, hefting a 25 pound dog food bag into the car is now something I can do one-handed and I overall just feel so much stronger. The class is super well organized, the teaching is precise and amazing and it's honestly just a lot of fun! DO IT.
