I have been evangelizing about this show for months now. As a brand new cat owner, I was intrigued by what I can learn from this fascinating cat behaviorialist… But what I got in return was a poignant POV on human suffering and human behavior. How do cat guardians, unbeknownst to them, project the pain and rejection of their lives onto their pets? And how does that create behavioral issues for the cats themselves? Jackson Galaxy swoops in and reminds cats and cat guardians that we all belong and there is no cat too troubled to save. After a long and frustrating work day, it is exhilarating to watch Jackson Galaxy help a misunderstood cat go from terror to Angel. Recommend for cat owners and non-cat owners alike. I would start watching at season 10–they have really nailed the show’s formula by then. On HBO!
