heart the lover

I love Lily King. I was introduced to her through Five Tuesday in Winter, which I also loved. I love the way she writes her characters, their depth, their faults, their love.

road to tender hearts

This family that ends up being a chosen family is one that will stick with you. I could not put this book down.

wild dark shore

Some climate disaster fiction is in here but she does it so well and writes her characters so beautifully that the anxiety managed to be manageable. There’s some mystery, and deep deep love.

the god of the woods

This book kept me guessing. I really appreciated all the different characters perspectives and switching years from the current missing child to the previous one.
