While I love bouquets as much as anyone, I haven't figured out how to take care of them very well, despite my best efforts. But! A stall at our local farmers market offers single peonies. Last summer, I treated myself to one each week that they were in season and it was such a joy. And easy peasy to take care of!

I have ADHD plus OCD, so big time solidarity here. It's so hard. One of the things that has helped me most is breaking tasks into chunks and then setting a timer! And once that time is up, no going back and ruminating on what you did — just keep moving along.
