The Psychic Pathway (Sonia Choquette)
Going out on a weird limb here but if you’ve ever done the artists way like 7 times and maybe don’t like believing in one set thing and kinda wanna seek some 90s talk therapyISH in the form of learning to be PSYCHIC…try Sonia Choquette, and try the audiobook version because it feels like you’re in a BORDERS BOOKSTORE (RIP) at a wild and fun talk with a bunch of salt crystal-loving gals in loose clothing.

Waterstruck Wellness
Hot off the press, as in I am truly just emerging from this lovely sexy hot ass sauna and cold plunge and heated pool DELIGHT. A restful, not over done, perfectly gorgeous and restorative Nordic spa in Newcastle, Maine. Just loved it. Is great for a weekend reset, but also could be rented for a bachelorette (with accompanying nourishing picnic!) or group outing. A cellist performed during our 2 hour session! I feel sublime.
