Buvons Natural Wine Bar
Worth the drive down to Long Beach (but make sure you have a DD.) I would argue this is the best wine bar in all of Los Angeles. The food is the perfect blend of French cuisine and California produce. Pick a bottle from the shelves to go or sit and enjoy it at the restaurant. Also, they have a great backyard for an al fresco bottle.
Saranac Lake, New York
Upstate New York that feels like the Pacific Northwest. Near Lake Placid, Saranac Lake features a state park with boat-to campsites. Some are on the shore, but the real gems are on the tiny islands dotting the lake. You can even find some that only have one campsite, which means you get to camp on a private island. I recommend renting canoes rather than motor boats for a camping experience somewhere in between backpacking and car camping. Wake up early for sunrise and watch the most spectacular scene as the fog in the lake valley disappears slowly around the tiny islands.
Milanote - Organize Creative Projects
This is the ultimate app for organizing a visual creative brain. As a photographer, I use it to moodboard upcoming projects, place images for layouts, and keep references for poses that I can easily reference on set. I've also used it to plan trips and editorial calendars. It's easy to use and much more intuitive for me than Notion.
Oat/Nut/Rice Milk Maker
I try to only eat one ingredient food and hate dairy milk. This is my number one favorite piece of kitchen equipment. I never have to worry about having oat or almond milk on hand, I just add two tablespoons of oats or almonds to 2 cups of water and 5 minutes later I have fresh milk for overnight oats, smoothies, or baking. It's not cheap, but well worth it in my opinion
