Better Than Before (Gretchen Rubin)

I have recommended this book more than any other. Rubin’s framework is flexible and designed to help you find habit-formation strategies that work with your nature rather than against it. The best part is that I began to understand how others respond to inner and outer expectation in contrast to how I respond so that I could better work with different personalities.

Pentel Sharp Kerry Mechanical Pencil (0.5 mm, Olive Green)

A capped, elegant mechanical pencil

Making friends with neighborhood dogs

Do I need to know my neighbors’ names in order to make weird small talk? No. Do I need to know their dogs’ names so that me and their dog can be besties? Without question.
