My Rec League Starter Pack

Highland & Heather

My favorite place to find the most thoughtfully curated array of happiness enhancing joy - so much care is put into the selection of items here, sourcing from small creators and beloved local artists. With regular pop ups, tarot lessons and community events bringing people together, it’s hard not to want to just live in this shop. 💛

Range by Kara Duval

After a serious car accident that left me with multiple physical limitations and a TBI, I struggled to find a movement practice that didn’t feel like I was punishing an already diminished feeling self. Throughout my recovery journey whether I was able to actually do the class or not, just listening to Kara teach, and queueing in ways that were grounding and easy to modify made every attempt at getting stronger a little bit less intimidating. With lots of PT, patience, time and RANGE, I’m proud to say I have regained my confidence in my body’s ability to move, even when those movements looked different than before my accident. If you’re someone inhabiting a new to you body in some way, be it post accident, post baby, just trying to get stronger - there’s something good here for EVERYONE. Kara, you are magic and my skis, hips and garden thank you endlessly 🙌🏽

A Big-Ass Bucket of Maldon Salt

This + a handful of garlic scapes + blender = spicy, garlicky, chef worthy salt your friends can’t get enough of.

Folded Potato Chips

The only chips I’m ever interested in 🥔
