my husband found two saucy waterford pineapple pedestal crystal vases and planned to use them for outside gardening supplies(!), but they were too sexy for me to let go to waste. so they’ve lived on a sideboard for months but I could never figure out what kind of flowers would look best or how to style them but now I know they’re celery vases! makes all the sense in the world now that I know. estate

found this waiting for me for $45. 1930s–40s monterey / spanish revival, hand-painted, pretending it’s from 1729. belonged to someone’s grandmother, natch. fbmp

i saw the tweaker motel painting somewhere online and had to have something of his so i ordered two prints of his newest collection, and when they arrived my husband said he hates them bc theyre so sad so i love them more
