Tea Strainer

I use this tea strainer when I brew herbal and green teas in my glass teapot. It’s always nice to brew green tea loose in the pot. I have a small ceramic plate that I made, which I rest the brass sieve on between pours. It feels like a lovely ritual and reminds me of the silver strainers used in England for afternoon tea.

Tea Cosy

I love a tea cozy for a long breakfast, when I want to keep the tea piping hot for hours, or when I’m watching a movie and want my pot of herbal tea to stay warm. I got this one at one of the best stores there is, Svenskt Tenn.

Glass Teapot

I use this tea pot for green tea and herb teas. I found it in a thrift store a few years ago. Its made of heat-resistant borosilicate glass was designed by Heinrich Löffelhardt in 1955. Inspired by Wilhelm Wagenfeld's famous design from the 1930s.

Sibyllans Balans

A favorite herbal tea that I get at Sibyllans or NK. It has whole cardamom pods in it. Great after dinner with something sweet, or in the afternoon with a cookie.
