Peaches, Yogurt, and Tahini

Stone fruit season is my favorite season. I’m always trying to find ways to eat more peaches. My favorite breakfast these days is a ripe peach cut up into small pieces, covered in whole milk yogurt, and drizzled with a healthy amount of tahini.

Using Libby & Airplane Mode on Kindle

My favorite Libby hack is getting a Libby book on my Kindle and then putting my Kindle on airplane mode. You can then return the book to the library so the next person in line can use it, and you have the book on your Kindle until you reconnect it to Wi-Fi. No sprint to finish your book in 21 days. If you’re a real pro, you can get multiple books from the library at the same time so you have a few options to choose from before putting your Kindle on airplane mode.

Saline nasal mist

I have a three year old so am constantly fighting a cold. I read that saline nasal mist can reduce the length of a cold and also make it less contagious! Whenever my son gets sick, I start going wild with this stuff spraying every 30 minutes or so. I find it prevents the cold from moving into my sinuses. This and going hard on the zinc lozenges (It’s gotta be the lozenges.) is a real cold killer
