La Vita è Dolce: Italian–Inspired Desserts by Letitia Clark
Oh to live an idyllic life on the Sardinian shore. This may be my favorite cookbook. I've admittedly only tried one recipe (Caramelized Upside-Down Apricot Cake), but it's one of my staple cakes. I need to try the Cantucci. She uses things like hazelnut flour and has recipes for Italian classics like marzipan fruits. Her dedication to Sardinian desserts and the variety she covers is appealing and special. Also, the color scheme is...perfect.
More Than Cake by Natasha Pickowicz
Natashaaaa! Her playful approach inspires me. I love the ingredients she uses. My favorite part of the book are her instructions on how to assemble a layer cake in a springform pan after baking the cake in a sheet tray and preparing all the other elements. I stand by this technique!
100 Cookies by Sarah Kieffer

Vefa's Kitchen by Vefa Alexiadou
My family's culinary bible. Some staples include: Mageiritsa (Easter soup), Stefado, Anchovy pasta sauce, Monastery lentil soup. I promised my grandpa I'd make the Loukoumades some day. (soon?)
