Land of Love and Ruins by Oddny Eir
I found this book while in Iceland and bought it because of the Bjork blurb. Oddny has worked with Bjork and is a wonderful writer - we are lucky to have an english translation of this book! It was one of those finds where it ruined all other books for me for a while, because I enjoyed it so much.
Deep Cuts by The Knife
It's come to my attention that not enough of the kids are listening to the sacred texts that are the two first albums by The Knife.
The Descent of Alette by Alice Notley
Finally read it. Tried when I was younger and it was too hard to get over the "style" but so glad I finally did. Perfect book for Venus retrograde reading.
