Range by Kara Duval
Movement Medicine. Somatic Salve. Heart Hug. Sensory Spiral. The only approach to exercise I’ve been able to (and excited to) commit to long-term. @Kara Duval forever 🌀 (Pic: my “light weights” for Kara’s classes, collected from the lakeshore in my city 🪨)
Wake Up, Look Out Window
Gain consciousness Look out window at tree (Even better if it’s open) Say hi to birds, squirrels Watch the wind blow the leaves around (cute) Cat snuggles optional but encouraged Start the day feeling cozy and connected to nature, even from your bed 🐿️
Danny’s Next Door
Chill vibe Succulent wines Excellent cocktails (shoutout to the margarita verde + the dirty martini + the espresso martini) Sports on TV Very good pizza (try the clam pie) If you ask real nice they might serve you a perfect burger + fries from the Main resto menu Loveliest team
