Night Tour at Dismals Canyon - Visit the Dismalites

I highly recommend going to Dismals Canyon in Alabama. Yes, go during the day and see Rainbow Falls but make sure to take a night tour. You can see these bioluminescent insects that light up the walls of the canyon at night. It's so cool. 10/10 recommend. The folks running the tour when we went were so knowledgeable too.

Making your Own Labenh

It's the easiest thing in the world to make. All you need is fat of your choice greek yogurt (don't go non, you'll regret it), some salt, a cheese cloth, strainer and a bowl. (And of course your fridge, but like I'm sure you've got that on lock.) I love making some of this at the beginning of the week and then dipping chips - like Pop-Corners Spicy Queso - into it for a mid-day snack or braising some cabbage and mushrooms to put on top for dinner. You can add some olive oil, lemon, other spices - whatever floats your boat. Easy and yummy.

As a Millenial who frequented house parties and clubs and still runs to any dance floor when I hear the first notes.... this is the only answer.
