New Balance 880
If you’re in need of a wide toe box to support your feet (esp. bunions) these are it! I love them for walking / leisure (or if you’re a trainer with long days on the gym floor). I do not wear them to perform my workouts as i prefer socks/barefoot but they go right on before/after.
Find a trainer you vibe with and buy their program
It can be intimidating and you may not even know where to start but I assure you, just start and you will figure it out! I program workouts for clients all over the country so feel free to message me but you can also look at the app Ladder and go through a survey and they will suggest someone! Then you can gather equipment at home, log into the app, and you’re on your way!
All the healing she will need
Endometriosis surgery (while becoming increasingly more common) is still a big deal for women. She will want to be hydrated and have nourishing foods that are anti-inflammatory to help her body heal and keep inflammation low. I would get her electrolytes (the Trace Minerals or Perelel or Redmond Relyte), a big water bottle like HydroJug, containers of bone broth (or homemade), and perhaps some comforting sourdough bread and good quality butter and salt. Can’t go wrong with a nice piece of buttered toast while you heal. Hope this helps!
Equip Beef Isolate Protein
It’s not whey. It’s not vegan. Perfect for those needing a good, quality protein powder but don’t want dairy or a vegan blend of 10 different ingredients. Highly recommend!
