Could spend all day making these tbh, and I have done so. Use them to visualize a space you are decorating in your home or just to imagine, dream, and have fun. Can do this with Canva and other tools too!
Ladder app
There are a lot of things we’re supposed to do to support our aging bodies and minds and strength training is one of them, says everybody! I don’t want to join a gym or hire a trainer so I paid for a one year subscription to the Ladder app. Currently Team Nicole!
