I made a playlist for a novel I liked. Is this a thing? Should we all start doing that more often? I had a blast.

Saying “Ask Your Doctor” And then giving a bunch of advice

Obsessed with saying “I’d call your doctor…” and then spending the next hour trying to single handedly cure a friend of all their symptoms by telling them “what works for me.”

Brazilian Propolis Lotion

My facialist Carrie Lindsey is a goddess, and without her my face would be a pruner peach. She told me about this liquid gold lotion (because I otherwise use Vanicream daily, unsexy but oh-so practical.) It’s perfectly sized for travel, so I don’t have to skip a day. And it smells lovely. I find it to be so lightweight which is also a plus for layering with my pretty sunscreen.
