Homemade yogurt (La Fermèire dupe)

I have amassed about 40 little French yogurt crock jars and thought what the heck…now on my fourth batch and loving homemade yogurt and homemade granola with fresh fruit every morning! I found perfect little Weck plastic covers locally at Egg|Plant farm store here in Saint Paul. Don’t skimp on the dairy. It takes all of 5 minutes and the payoff is 🤌🏻!

Hyacinth

We celebrated my recent birthday here and had a great server guide us through a few top dishes and wine pairings. This fusilli pasta - lamb ragu, mint, percorino - healed something in me! The chicken diavolo alone is also worth a visit. Such an underrated gem in Saint Paul.

Bang Brewing

This little grain silo puts out some great organic beer, including Kernza lager with Patagonia. It’s usually quite chill even with families with small kiddos. They also have Farina Rosa wood burning pizza, so I can die happy here. All within biking distance!
