Homemade Almond Blueberry Granola
This is less of a recipe and more of encouragement to try to DIY your granola, but here is what I do! Ingredients: Oats, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, almond extract (important). Add enough of the liquid stuff so all the oats are coated/wet. Bake at whatever until it's NOT BURNED. All the recipes I found say bake at 400 for 40 minutes, and that destroys it. bake it for like 20 minutes max lol. I burned three batches before I got it right. Then add ya chopped nuts (pistachio, almond, cashew) and dried blueberries. Been making weekly for months now and its soooo delicious. I also make it into hot oatmeal sometimes with hot water but it's better cold with milk. You can also toast the nuts idgaf, I just hate burning $12 worth of nuts xx
