It's Raining Men
The only red nail polish anyone ever needs. It looks fantastic on every skin tone, in every season, and is especially ace in warmer months. I use it for DIY manicures. I bring it to the salon. I even travel with a bottle. Selecting a new shade from a wall of shiny bottles is thrilling, but wearing this red is the real deal.

Bircher Muesli
Yogurt + muesli. The original overnight oats with all of the fiber and protein and (almost) none of the fuss. This my favorite breakfast when the weather starts to get warmer. I love Alpen but you could use Bob’s Red Mill or whatever’s in your grocer’s bulk bin. Make it the night before and add some frozen berries or stir in your a pinc of cinnamon or cardamom (or both!). Add grated apple if you’re a purist. Make it right when you wake up and give it… 20m? 45m? Whenever you’re ready? Top it with seeds, nuts, bee pollen, fresh or dried fruits, or whatever you want. Enjoy!

WishGarden’s Kick-Ass Immune Activator
I have come this 🤏 close to getting sick 6+ times in the last six months (travel, working in hospitality, living in a social city of close-talkers, etc.) and ::knock on wood:: I’ve dodged it every time thanks, in large part, to this tincture. Take it a few times a day (and get a little extra sleep when you can) and that tickle/sniffle will be gone in a matter of days.

Solstice Salve
I keep a tin in my tote bag. I keep a tin on my nightstand. I gift it to pals. It lasts forever (I replace ~4mos), nourishes my cuticles, and reverse-ages my hands without a greasy after-feel. The scent? Soothing, subtle, and divine.
