diet coke (or cola) with an entire lime over ice
Speaks for itself. My drink of the summer. Yes an entire lime. Cut up into slices and squeezed / dropped into the glass. The most refreshing thing to sip on in a heat wave. Diet coke can be replaced by an alt indie cola, i’ve tried them all, and it will still be excellent, but diet coke is inimitable. Singular. Probably subconsciously why I made the diet coke can just a little bit bigger than the other sodas in the pic. Cheers. I had two today. It’s not good for me i think. pairs nicely with any dinner before 7pm
@giantsweettart ‘s book recommendations
I made a list of like 50 books she recommended last night and put every single one on my kindle. She’s so passionate, her delivery is so intense. She should be on the news
Plarmia Hair Treatment M
This was recommended to me by hair queen, Starlina. I thought she was saying it wrong because plarmia is a very unsexy fake word. It’s real and it’s fabulous. My hair is so dry and dyed - I leave this on my hair for anywhere from 5 mins to an hour and it gives me soft juicy moisture hair. I keep a little bit of it in the shower and use as conditioner every now and then. It really feels like i’m doing a Treatment capital T! and not just like some unproductive sephora mask with zero swag or spirit! Oh Im sayin it!
matcha latte with honey/ginger instant tea
i switched to matcha for my brain and stomach - i’ve been experimenting with giving it a little twist, a little flair, sparkle, etc. I had a week of making my milk sweet with vanilla extract and sugar. But now I put these instant ginger honey tea packets in my matcha latte (not the whole thing!!) and it just feels so warming and gives it a little tiny kick. These little packets are nice to have around. I’ve been using harney&sons matcha powder but i’m on the hunt for more options.
