If you are naturally blonde, my recommendation is that you just spritz your hair with this and enjoy some sunshine. I have naturally blonde hair, dulled to something more dishwater by time, and I spray this on whenever I’m going to be out in the sun for a while. I get constant compliments on my highlights. I haven’t seen a colorist in more than a decade. NB you’ll want to use a shampoo or conditioner specifically to dull brassiness, if you aren’t already. But you probably are.
A Psalm for the Wild Built
This is the most recent addition to my “shelf of books that I want to keep”, and the book I’ve been recommending and giving to people. It’s a slim, quiet book, full of hope and care and thoughtful questions about what it means to be human, to be in relationship with others, and to be in community. Wholesome with being saccharine, inclusive without being pointed, earnest without being humorless. Beautiful!
