Graham Sandwiches
I am seduced by the gooey photos on nut butter-filled snack packaging every time. And every time I eat them I am disappointed. There is never enough nut butter. They are never gooey enough. Until now! These graham cracker sandwiches are the nut butter snack of my dreams: lots of high-quality peanut butter. The crackers are gluten free but not too sandy. I now keep these on hand at times.
Last Best Pancake Flour
Not a pancake mix, but a blend of flours that is ideal for making whole grain pancakes. Allegedly. I always use this to bake sourdough sandwich loaves instead which makes the most wildly delicious breakfast toast in the world. With a ton of salted butter and a good berry jam? There is no finer food in the world. Whenever I've ordered from Judy the flour arrives milled within days. Baking with super fresh flour is a completely different, totally worthwhile experience. Sambal Goreng Chili Topping
Listen, I don't buy a lot of condiments. I make my own chili crisp and I am fervently loyal to Best Food's mayonnaise. The first time I tried this sambal goreng I thought it was too hot and I wouldn't use it. Next thing I know, the jar is empty. And so I bought more. And I will continue to do this because I must always keep this stuff in stock. It tastes bonkers delicious on everything. It is just the perfect finishing touch on anything. When it's time to reorder I will be buying the big jar.
