I fell for the hype and it did not disappoint! I've been wearing Châtaigne Grillée all summer and it's the perfect soft, undone lip (this from a lipstick hater)
Using a tortilla press for smaller linocut prints
Until I have the money and space for a big tabletop printing press I will use whatever I have. The tortilla press proved a good tool for smaller prints, and the pasta maker works for thin prints!
Embroidery on all of your boring shirts
I'm getting to that age where I want every thing I own to be fun. Socks with cats, hats with text, patterns! I also want to always be doing something with my hands, hence I am embroidering until I have nothing left to embroider.
Fennel pollen sugar
I had just read about fennel pollen in cooking when I found blooming fennel in a garden. Peak pollen season! To preserve it I made a fennel pollen sugar using this recipe. If anyone has any recipes using it please let me know!
