Heart & Soil Beef Organs
I’ve been loving adding Heart & Soil supplements into my routine lately — especially because they focus on real, nutrient-dense ingredients instead of synthetic fillers. Their products are made from whole-food animal organs, which are some of the most bioavailable sources of vitamins and minerals you can get. One of the biggest reasons I trust them is their commitment to third-party testing and transparency. Every batch is independently tested for purity, potency, and safety, so you know exactly what you’re putting in your body. That matters to me — especially when I’m focusing on energy, nervous system support, and overall resilience. For anyone working on strength, recovery, hormone balance, or rebuilding nutrient stores, these have been a simple way to support my body consistently without overcomplicating things. Health isn’t about perfection — it’s about giving your body the tools it needs to function well. This has been one of those tools for me lately.

Manduka PRO™ Yoga Mat 6mm
My favorite yoga mat. I love the Pro & Pro lite series. Pros: Hygienic: Closed-cell surface doesn’t absorb sweat, dirt, or bacteria → easy to wipe clean. Ultra durable: Built to last years (even lifetime use) without breaking down. Stable foundation: Dense, firm support → ideal for handstands, strength work, and alignment. Joint support: Cushioned without being soft or unstable. Low maintenance: No deep cleaning or odor buildup—just wipe and go. Cons: Break In Period. Takes a moment to break her in. Can be slippery and stiff at first. This does help her last a life time.
Velvet Wood
Smells like a day spent in my leather goods shop. Love the heritage of this company.
