Not for the faint of heart, having a human baby is possibly the last great act of hope in a decreasingly human world. It’s terrible and wonderful and I recommend it!
Mosquito Supper Club
I’ve been going to NOLA my whole life (was born in MS) and the meal I had at Mosquito in late 2023 was hands-down the best meal I’ve ever had in NOLA. They get the best seafood, cook it perfectly with flavors of the bayou, embody the best parts of Southern hospitality, give thoughtful credit to their fishermen and farmers, and communicate beautifully about what this food means to New Orleans. It’s a perfect place.
