The Art of Possibility
The Art of Possibility is one of my top 10 of all time books. It is an amazing, original, practical set of tools for living well that can change your life, if you take them on and use them.
Strandbeests by Theo Jansen
Love these wind powered creatures that inspire awe and wonder as they walk along the beach. Theo Jansen is engaged in creating new forms of life: the so called strandbeests. Skeletons made from yellow plastic tube (Dutch electricity ipe) are able to walk and get their energy from the wind. They have evolved since their inception in 1990 and have been divided into 12 periods of evolution. Their properties determine this period. You will find the most important types of strandbeests at geneology "By developing this evolution, I hope to become wiser in the understanding of existing nature by encountering myself the problems of the real Creator."
