the potato taco had no business being so good! god damn. perfect crunchy shell, melted cheese, feathery, savory potato and a tangy carrot slaw enrobed in a soft tortilla. i’ve tried to replicate it at home so many times— the carrot slaw is amazing with ice cold cabbage.
