rouge - mona awad
an immersive dark fairy tale about beauty, mothers and daughters, with a dash of tom cruise
toshifumi hinata - broken belief (2019)
this was part of a random collection of japanese records in a hotel room i stayed at in tokyo. we listened to it on repeat and almost asked to buy it from the hotel, which would have been easier than hunting down a copy online, which we finally did. this will transport you through space and time - where to i’m not entirely sure - perhaps it’s different for everyone 🛸🛸🛸
jon & vinny’s spicy fusilli recipe
simple, easy, a true crowd-pleaser, and dare i say better than the actual restaurant dish? (said with love as j&v is an LA fave and was my post-courthouse wedding meal!)
