Each month this non-profit posts requests for letters from the loved ones of elderly people who may need some encouragement or connection. You can write to one or all. It's a way to give back, hone your letter writing skills, and take a minute to do something for others. Such a simple and powerful idea. I try to write a few each month.

These British shows are incredible...watching artists (professional and amateur) paint famous people and landscapes is relaxing, instructional, and deeply inspiring. Like a lot of British television, I appreciate the pace, authenticity, and that it isn't overly produced. And of course everyone is kind. ❤️
