Walking around late at night as a woman

I have always loved to walk alone at night, but unfortunately due to Being A Woman it is not typically recommended (and one day I am sure I will face a consequence for my flippancy). But in Copenhagen it’s fine! I left my cousin’s apartment in Amagerbro every night between 11:30 and midnight while she and her friends were off being 20 years old and I would just walk for hours and hours to places I’d not even seen in the light of day before. The only time I felt kind of unsafe was when some people set off some fireworks close by and I got afraid I was going to catch on fire from a falling spark, which is just me being a little crazy.

I have made all my friends and immediate family members and several coworkers look at it. I’m thinking of printing it out and laminating it. (Like girl wtf are you on?? Maybe if you stopped trading trans rights for centrist votes you wouldn’t have to try and win back the left by posting this kind of shit. Dare I read into the fact that Genderqueer is the only title fully obscured?) Anyways I revisit this and the Pope Leo at the observatory photo when I’m feeling down.

Rebecca Ferguson (not the actor) in an ENORMOUS bow, One Direction squirming around, Katie Waissel (no comment on current events but she is serving here), Wagner, Diva Fever, and CHER LLOYD—this is like the most bizarre group project I could conceive of. I’m obsessed. I hope Gaga is proud.
