Fox/Coyote (Jeremy Messersmith)

Recommended for fans of witty, heartfelt pop/rock. Includes the singles "Billionaires" and "Boomers" (a hilarious must-hear), as well as the Prince-like "Huckleberry", the terminally online anthem "Spiral Bound", and the anthemic "Stallions". In an alternate universe, Messersmith would be a huge star.

Stevie Wonder's albums released between 1972 and 1976

Music of My Mind (1972) Talking Book (1972) Innervisions (1973) Fulfillingness' First Finale (1974) Songs in the Key of Life (1976)

Don't Carry It All (The Decemberists)

“The neighbor's blessed burden within reason / Becomes a burden borne of all and one”

REX (Christopher Hoffman) on Bandcamp

I'm an absolute sucker for processed, non-traditional solo cello recordings, so please inject REX directly into my veins. Hoffman is touring the midwest this summer. I'll be at the Minneapolis show; I expect it will be amazing.
