KUMANO KODO Trek - 6 days | Nakahechi, Takijiri to Nachi
Feels like stepping into a Miyazaki film. This is the “sister” trail to El Camino in Spain, but it’s way less crowded. You can fully immerse yourself in rural Japanese culture and stay in the homes of locals along the way. Truly magical.
Panko Parmesan Salmon
I can’t find this recipe online, but this one seems close. look at the photo for details. My go-to salmon recipe that’s easy enough for a weeknight and impressive enough for a dinner party.
