DIY Enzo Mari furniture
Out of the belief that good design should be universally accessible, Italian industrial designer Enzo Mari left us with plans and instructions for building beautiful, functional furniture out of inexpensive materials, like pine and plywood. I highly recommend having your stoner carpenter friend from high school help furnish your house by building furniture following Enzo Mari’s free—by-design plans.

KRONOS Double Wall Wine Glass 250ml
Nearly indestructible and the double wall keeps whites cold.

Vella’s Ebbtide
Ok I’m extremely biased (I’m the ceo and cofounder), but we really did make a discovery with this. We discovered for the first time that CBD and CBDA relaxes uterine contractions (aka cramps). We’ve done preclinical and clinical studies and microbiome testing. And it just launched in June. Vella is a women’s health research company that makes consumer products. We basically are like a pharma company in terms of r&d but because the women’s health research gap is so large, we can innovate in consumer goods too. This has been a game changer for a lot of my friends and I hope it can help a lot of us

Find a good women’s health doctor in your town using the ISSWSH provider directory
I recently relocated to a town where I know nobody and needed to find a new doctor. I work in women’s health and know all too well about how much our doctors don’t learn about our bodies in medical school. I’m entering perimenopause so when I moved, I was concerned about finding a doctor who was up on the latest science and discourse (hello HRT). Enter ISSWSH, the acronym (pronounced like “IS WISH”) for the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health. This is the **only** medical association dedicated to understanding and advancing female sexual medicine. So when I moved, I used their directory of medical providers who have received training/education cred from ISSWSH. It doesn’t vouch for bedside manner, but when you are navigating the women’s health research gap as it relates to your own care, this is the best way to know you’re getting a doc who is up on the latest research. Because I have found that a doctor who goes out of their way to study women’s sexual health is a doctor who has gone out of their way to understand the female body, period. Oh and there’s a lot of overlap between doctors who are members of ISSWSH and the Menopause Society—another good resource for a provider search.
