This movie is about yet another weight loss fad. I love how the main character approaches it by using the scientific method to understand how it works and what are the side effects. It’s dark but well worth it.

People think less about you than you think. I used to try and read people’s facial expressions, but it’s a fools errand. Don’t assume a sour face means they are judging you or showing that they don’t like you. God knows what people are really thinking about. Also, here’s a photo of my cute little dog.
