my friend Jeffrey recommended this to me (after it was recommended to him) so I consider it my duty to pay it forward. do I know what's in here? no. does it help when I'm on the verge of being sick? abso-fucking-lutely. it is an essential part of my "I'm about to be sick and panicking" survival kit (see also TBD). find Wellness Formula in that aisle of potions at Whole Foods, or more easily, by ordering online. and ps: whatever you do, buy the capsules, NOT THE TABLETS. they are impossible to consume and horrifying to experience. capsules forever!

skincare for neurodivergent girlies!! 🚨 at long last, a lotion that doesn't feel sticky, thick, or like a curse upon your body like the yellow Kiehl's creme de corps that was in the NYC Equinox bathrooms in the 2010's. you spray, it disappears on your skin, and yet, still hydrates you. the only lotion I reach for, and the only one that doesn't feel like work. perfection! p.s.: they have a new vanilla scent but I'm happy enough with the original to resist trying! p.p.s.: I also enjoy Hanni's in-shower salve, which is a lotion you apply in the shower and then rinse off (!), but it's kinda chunky and the water balm is my preference.

a loofah?! in 2026?! could not be me!! If you've never used an exfoliation cloth, it's basically like a scrubber that couldn't be easier to use and actually rinses off like a dream. you'll never need an overpriced salt scrub, or those oddball shower gels with the plastic beads in them — truly, all you need is one of these and they'll freshen your skin with the littlest bit of effort. (I have travel versions i bring with anytime I leave town, because i. do. not. exist. without these.) i typically shower exfoliation sheets in bulk whenever I'm at a Japanese market so I never run out, but I've always hated the way they look hanging in my shower. Mostly neon blues or sad plain neutrals, that sort of thing. But Hanni's!? It's absolutely beautiful and works wonders. I can't recommend this kind of product enough, but one that is this useful, beautiful and affordable? an absolute no brainer.
