My Rec League Starter Pack

OJOOK bamboo salt toothpaste

reminiscent to my Korean mom’s legit salt toothpaste, just more modern packaging and calming brand. The floss is shockingly effective as is the toothpaste without being overly harsh/chemical-y feeling.

opera 02 Lambrusco

gorgeous vineyard full of family history and heirloom making. a frequent host of the Ferrari f1 team. Welcomed me and my young family with open arms and gorgeous tortellini en brodo. Now we just order by the case for all social events

305 fitness

Endorphins galore in this exercise class! Also great cardio for your heart, following instructions for your brain health (there’s real science about dance choreography preventing Alzheimer’s!), and controlled movements for arm, leg and butt toning. When in doubt, twerk it out!

Lego

Yes, the cleanup can be annoying, but watching my 6 year old patiently follow virtual instructions (hello special awareness) to then CREATE something to play with, AND THEN mash that creation with another creation for a net new item, is just the best. Let’s also not forget that the Danes have figured it out - it being both child rearing and design.
