Hobonichi Techo 2027 A6 Cover (Red)
On my quest to analog my life’s time management needs, I got myself an Erin Condren planner for 2026. It’s honestly a great planner and has given me ample room for anything that’s come up. The drawback: the size is cumbersome. By September of this year I realized that I wanted to go smaller while still giving myself all the space and tools needed to keep track of three busy schedules, as well as the myriad of mom-duties filling my plate. Enter Hobonichi Techo. A friend of mine at book club pulled out her Weeks Techo when we all inevitably turned to our calendars to suss out the date of our next meeting. The Weeks Techo was so beautiful and small I heard myself immediately say, “WHO MAKES THAT?!” Just like that, I was Alice tumbling down the neat and ordered rabbit hole of Hobonichi. And while I long to have the aesthetically small handwriting that makes a planner like the Weeks Techo a no-brainer, I’ve decided I’ll be putting the Planner Techo through the paces in 2027, and it was this case/holder that sold me. The Planner is slightly larger making it far more complimentary to my chunky handwriting than Weeks and this case could honestly function as a wallet on top of keeping my color-coordinated pens and a lip balm always at my fingertips. Planners and pens and stationary can’t buy you happiness, but that doesn’t discount the happiness they help me cultivate in the quiet mundane moments. And that’s no small potatoes.
