Kaco gel pens
I love writing letters and taking notes by hand and these colorful gel pens make it such a joy! They write smoothly, the colors are bright, and they hold up well being carted around in my bag. They seem to run out of ink a little faster than other brands–or maybe I’m just using them more? I found mine at a local independent bookstore.
Picturepedia, Second Edition (DK)
My kids have had this for 5+ years and it’s provided so many hours of offline entertainment! It’s been an awesome resource that always has something to offer their changing interests. The visuals are great for younger kids and the text works well for older ones. Highly recommend for any household!
Sleepy Hollow
Perfect background music for weekend mornings without having to make any decisions - stream from WXPN (Philadelphia).
DK Eyewitness Books: Witches & Magic-Makers
Picked up this late ‘90s gem at the library. It makes for some great bedtime reading this time of year for nonfiction-loving kiddos.
