I was so skeptical of fermented nuts but then I saw these at lazy acres after a hike and I have fallen deeply in love.They're super crunchy. weirdly a little bit sour almost like sourdough, and the perfect flavor. Normal cashews are now flavorless to me

The Mart collective has some of the best vintage home in allll of LA which says a lot. Their curation is top tier although I'd say a bit overpriced which lends to a good eBay search for later if you have patience! I got this magical changing color chrome lamp for a fair price of $150
