Adored this Apple TV show! The cast and performances were top notch. It’ll be interesting to see where they take a second season. Next up: read the book!

Mama Mu’s

This sweet little Thai spot in the Sunset has one of the best lunch specials in SF. For a mere $16, you get a big bowl of their incredible Tom Yum soup, an entree choice (I rec noodles over curry,) and Thai tea.

guardian and a thief

I finished this book last night and I can’t stop thinking about it. At first, the ending really didn’t sit well with me. I thought of it as a 4-star read. But the way it’s staying with me, forcing me to think about some uncomfortable truths, brings it to 5 stars for me. Who else has read it?!
